Guarantee and servicing

 

All of the products sold in my store have 1 year of warranty. Every product has a warranty seal which should become intact if you decide to ship it for a repair. If the warranty seal would be damaged or the device inside would look like someone has taken an unauthorized actions - the warranty repair will be rejected and you'll be able to pay the non-warranty repair fee and shipping cost, the cost will vary depends on the damage that has been done to the device. 

 

Complaints

 

You can open the package in the presence of the courier – if discrepancies are found, a protocol is drawn up which can later be used as a basis for a customer complaint.

If the goods purchased turn out to have manufacturing defects or to differ from their description, please contact me so we'll decide what to do. Some potential damages can turn out to be a simple cases when there's no need to send the device back.

 

Return of products

 

By law, the products that are made to order (so all the devices that are listed in my shop) are not eligible for a return so please make decisions wisely.
